Come and get active with EWEG! We have weekly Pilates and Zumba classes at our centre. All are welcome!
Zumba is a dance fitness program created by a Colombian dancer during the 1990s. It involves dance and aerobic elements; the choreography incorporates hip-hop, soca, samba, salsa, merengue, mambo and martial arts. It means: FUN! What are you waiting for?
Come and join our zumba class every Monday AND Thursday, from 9:30am to 10:30am at EWEG.
September 2019 Programme has just started with our first session started on the 2nd of September.
Belly Dancing Classes
Starting from September 11th, 2019 we will be running belly dancing classes on Wednesdays, 9:30am-10:30am.
