Family Learning


The project’s objective is to support refugees and migrants parents to improve their numeracy and literacy skills which are fundamental in order to enhance their communication skills having a significant impact on their parenting skills as well.

The project has supported the beneficiaries in understanding the UK school system and curricula. The program has encompassed the following topic:

– Digital Families:
Aimed at introducing the benefit of internet and IT skills within the family.

– Healthy Eating:
Aimed at emphasizing the importance of preparing healthy snacks and in understanding food labels.

– Communication skills for parents:
Aimed at developing and expanding women self confidence and awareness when communicating with their children.
