Christmas Fundraising Dinner
in Support for the Cancer Project in Ethiopia!!

photo (6)
Wednesday 4th December from 6pm at Ethiopian Women’s Empowerment Group, The Latimer Christian Centre, 116 Bramley Road, W10 6Su.
Delicious Ethiopian dinner and support our Cancer Project in Ethiopia!
Price: Adult £10/ Children £5.
About the cause:
+ The current cancer treatment options available to the average Ethiopian citizen is extremely minimum.
+ Treatment and diagnosis is nearly always given too late when the patient has little to no chance of surviving any aggressive cancer.
+ To change and help better the state of cancer treatment and diagnosis in Ethiopia huge steps must be taken.

What we aim to do:
+ Start a cancer information centre with small fundraising capability;
+ Register a local NGO in Ethiopia;
+ In the long term grow into having a larger impact over the people;
+ To train Cancer nurses and community volunteers to work in school;
+ We plan to work with UK government and Doctors;
+ To stop Mastectomy;
+ To start breast screening for those with family history;
+ Smear Test.

Wednesday 20th November from 11 am at Goldsmith University, New Cross, London, SE14 6NW, UK
–What is a clothes swap?–
Just bring with you your unwanted clothes and swap them with other ones. If you bring four items , you can take four items back!!
You can start bringing your old clothes to the Stephen Lawrence room in the ground floor and we will register your name and the number of the items you have brought.
Please bring your items before the event starts, so there will be more clothes available and more options for everyone!!
